I want you to help .I use to root tecno C9.But i got a New one and i decided to install update it before rooting. I updated it till this C9-H535B1C1-M-161129V83 .What i notice, the bootloader oem unlock failed whenever i try. The all procedures are correct. To be sure, i took another C9 non -updated and try . This works fine. But the updated one doesn't not work.I want you to help me unlock its bootloader. Thanks in advance.

the problem is that. the oem doesn't unlock. it fails. I actived it, And debugging too.
