whats the current state of the device now; totally dead or stuck at boot?
where did you get the files you're trying to flash from?

before attempting anything on your device, try dumping your current firmware in scatter file format using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
you also haven't told us how your device managed to get bricked
have you tried factory resetting the device in recovery mode?
and have you tried this rom at http://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/...ER&SC=PA_6 ?

well, start by making a firmware dump now using the link in my previous reply so if things go worse than it current is, you can always return the device back to this state.
then do you have access to another working device same model as yours?

Have you made the backup you were asked to?

the backup you were told to make is supposed to be a backup of your faulty device. quoting from my second reply
"before attempting anything on your device, try dumping your current firmware in scatter file format using the guide at https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html "

the reason for making this dump is so if things go worse than it current is, you can always return the device back to this state.
lets know if you are successful with the backup
