i forgot the lock screen password so i tried factory resetting in stock recovery also clear cache but still the password in not gone. to say more bootloader is locked and s-off. . .its not problem connecting to pc but usb debugging is off. . .so what shall i do to rest the phone? thanks

Are you certain that what you're seeing after the Factory Reset (from Bootloader and not recovery) is still pattern lock and not Factory Reset Protection (asking you to enter Google account details)

its not frp. after i did factory reset from recovery the phone boots normally and when i want to unlock the screen it asks for password. as well installed apps are the not removed. CM locker also show up. '' iy doesnt ask for google account "

sounds like faulty emmc,
is the phone an original or clone htc?
was the factory reset in recovery successful without an errors?

Select Factory Reset from Hboot, not from recovery

try formatting userdata via fastboot

u mean erasing userdata? when run this commond fastboot erase userdata. or fastboot -w error
