This is network locked. Was it purchased from a foreign country or region?
If you're lucky, there might be a global firmware, pac file or custom rom for this model but you need to have backed up your current firmware before going ahead to flash another rom incase it goes South.
Have you backed up your current firmware or have the a working pac file?
