Hello able Hovatek Engr,
am always proud of this site as my solution center. Thanks for your great Job.
Today i have a challenge. i have this samsung galaxy grand prime g530h which started misbehaving with system failure allways and keep appearing every abt 20 seconds. so, i did a factory reset several times but not fixed. so, thought of flashing it. I came here and found the firmware and so i decided to flash it with Sp Flash tool. but in the process, of flashing i got an incompatibility firmware message. since then, my phone has bn lying with a blank screen and no response.

At this point i dont know if its a cloned phone becuz i've flashed with 4 different Roms but no solution. what do i do pls. i need your help.

definitely sounds like clone, but lets be sure of somethings first
you flashed with SP flash tool not odin right?
was the initial flashing successful with a green tick?
whats the current state of the phone; totally dead OR stuck at bootlogo?
what was the outcome of all the 4 different roms you flashed; success / failed?

Thanks for your response. Sorry I have been away.
I used sp flash tool. But the flash wasn't successful.
I got
BROM Error : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL(4032)

[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed!
[HINT] :
Pease check your load matches to your target which is to be downloaded

That's the tool error displayed

you skipped the third and fourth questions
BTW check https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html for the SPft error

The phone is totally dead right now. No response... For all the 4 firmware I used, I keep getting the same error message I shares earlier. Thanks again for your support

It sounds like a clone Samsung.
Since none of the firmware(s) you tried flashing was successful, use miracle @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html to get the phone's original build no.
