Hello I downloaded one Gionee F103L amigo 3.0.12_T3650 rom from Hovatek forum but the File seems complicated. Doesn't load on SP Flash Tools and its only boot.img that's in disc image format. System is named like this (system.new.dat) and its about 1.87gb. Only miracle box attempts to flash the rom but it's only boot that's available to flashed on miracle box.
I tried renaming the System file to img but yet its still not reflected on miracle box...
I don't know how this rom is intended to be used..
Pls any help? It's urgent.
Rom size is 1.05gb... That's a lot to go to waste...

Try install it via SD cars on recovery mode.

Best regards

its just the same process as installing OTA
place the zip in the root of an sd card
insert the sd card into the phone
boot the phone into recovery mode then select install from sd card

the downside is that the phone must be able to boot into recovery mode

Hello,

Booted device into reovery Mode but it doesn't read SD Card even when I entered "apply update from SD Card". It's the content of the phone memory that displays and there is no option to even select SD card..

Or is it me that's doing it wrong?
