I flashed the wrong ROM to my Acer Iconia B3-A20 tablet and now it has no recovery menu and when I plug it to charge it shows the charge icon but then it automatically switches on (without me pressing the button) then it shutdowns then restarts again and again, I tried SP flash tool but I don't have a "scatter file". Any idea of what I can do? Because In the Acer support webpage they don't give any tool to flash this tablet via USB  Angry . Thanks for your interest and sorry if my English is bad

We'll list the firmware for your device @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-15631.html once available.
Do you have access with a working device of the same model?

First of all, thanks for your reply. And yes, I also have access to another device and it is the exact same model, my mother owns it but I can use it if necessary. So what I need to do now? Again, thanks for your help!

Not sure whether miracle (loader version) will detect your device, but try dumping ROM from the working Acer with it, see guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html

I followed your steps but miracle box is not working with my tablet, it says none usbport. Do I need a scatter file? I've seen on youtube I can create it with MTK droid tools, should I try that?

It's a MediaTek MT8163 and Android 5.1 lollipop

Miracle Box + loader might not support that chip, neither would MTK Droid tools. Only the box version or CM II MTK would .
another option is to find an MT8163 scatter file and use it to dump the firmware of the working phone using Sp Flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-526.html although this would require caution

Ok I have seen your guide, but you said that mtk droid tools don't support my chipset so I must go to step 5 of your guide, but where can I get the scatter file for my device? Because I have been searching for it all over the internet, but I can't find a scatter file for my device model, which is B3-A20. But I found a "MT8163_Android_scatter.txt" file, the problem is that this scatter is for the model B3-A30. You said this would require caution, but currently my tablet won't boot and has no recovery menu so what could be worse than this? Anyways I have knowledge of this so I might be able to do it properly. So what should I do now? (I don't have scatter for my device model)
