At the moment, we're not hiring Admins but we'll be hiring Moderators soon (this will be announced at https://www.hovatek.com/blog/category/news/ ). We usually look from within active members at the forum (those who post original tutorials and help solve device issues/questions). Certification is not a criteria, we're more interested in what the person can achieve.
