Help please. Accidentally flashed recovery.img to boot partition

Hi, I have a Micromax Bolt Q381 Plus and was trying out a custom twrp recovery and accidentally flashed it to the boot partition/sector of my phone.

Now its stuck on Powered by Android screen. No access to recovery or anything.

Anyone have any Ideas?

You have to flash back the stock rom or at least boot.img back to the boot partition.
The firmware is available @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-938.html
I doubt you'll be able to enter Fastboot so you'll have to use the stock rom.
Your phone should be a Spreadtrum phone so you're to use Research Download tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-1231.html . Just untick all other partitions except fdl 1&2 and boot
