6 weeks ago, I upgraded my Infinix X556 to Nougat v45 The ROM was buggy and I wanted to roll back to Mashmellow I could not find a good firmware after reading peoples reviews and comment. so, Yesterday I wanted to learn how to backup my ROM should I read lots of tutorials online and most of them suggested that I should use Miracle Box to back up, I downloaded Miracle Box VCom driver SP Flash tool and Infinix Flash too, I had issues with VCom and Miracle box, VCom wouldn't install and Miracle Box (V 2.58) wouldn't start I downloaded Miracle Box (V 2.27a ) and I worked for the VCom I disable driver from the boot and that one installed. I ran Miracle Box as administrator and selected mtk tab > then Read then Mt65XX from the dropped down menu I also selected Scattered Files I clicked start and press my power button then a pop up for me to select the partitions I want to save. My parent called me so I had to click cancel and unplug my phone from the PC I went and came back I wanted to put on my device but it didn't on I plug it in it sounded as usual but I didn't charge or displayed anything or On that's how it got bricked so I went online to search form firmware of the device I downloaded Mashmellow V70 from naijarom.com and Nougat V30 from Infinixmobility Support. I extracted it and tried using SP tool to download anytime I clicked on the select scatter loading file it shows this

SP FLASH TOOL ERROR: (8417)

The load scatter file is invalid!

[HINT]:
Please check the scatter file and select again!

I made sure that it stated with
~ ################ .... #General Setting # ... #################### ~
mind the ellispes
Both Infinix flash tool and SP flash tool I downloaded another SP flash tool and this one loaded the scattered files and I plugged in my device and clicked download and clicked download plugged in my device and clicked download I pressed Power button Volume + and - Everything I read online non worked SP flash tool still didn't find my device I later went back to Miracle box hoping that it would fixed it I selected mtk tabs >> Write >> mt65xx and chose System.img (Miracle box crashes when ever I choose the scattered text) and clicked start I recongnises that a deviced was plug then tells me to hold On I did so but nothing happened except from time out exit

Please Hovatek I need your help I just got this device and my parent must not know that I've spoilt it because I misplace my previous phone and I don't think I will get a new one soon thanks

the process was interrupted, you need to follow the instructions in the link sent by @innagee
i won't say the battery is non-removable but rather in-built. if you loosen the device then you should be able to disconnect the battery.
BUT if you don't wish to loosen the device, leave the device connected to a charger until it shows charging sign (really long process)
