Good afternoon, please help. My infinix phone originally was running kitkat, then i upgraded it to lollipop and rooted the phone. Months later an update pops up, i unrooted the phone, downloaded the update & click install. The problem here is after the phone went off(boot) it comes on with the Android logo and the update starts, but it immediately stopped & all was left is the Android logo and a caution [WARNING SIGN] sign. I had to hold the power button for long for the phone to reboot, & the update didn't apply. Please help.

seems like you didnt fully unroot, ensure to properly verify the RAM and ROM size of your X551 model then
download stock rom @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-533.html
then flash using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
