Spd flash file has no pac file which upgrade tool can load.

It looks like it has been extracted.

What's wrong with your device and how did it start,
Also, attach screenshot of the firmware content you want to flash.

pac.sc is cm2spd backup and isnt upgrade download tool friendly.
you'll need to use cm2spd or find a pac file to use with upgrade download tool
