i have a soft bricked tecno s9 ...
dowmloaded sp flashtool pdanet mediatek usb vcomm drivers and usbdeview...
i have carried out all the steps on the flashtool...
now my questions are?
how can i extract the usb drivers?
when downloading the rom using flashtool does it use data?
when i reach the stage to select the mtk back for my phone it does not display the neccesary file...could it be because i dont have the mtk drivers?
does sp flash tool work on windows 7?

please help my brothers and sisters this phone is my only hope..

i have installed all the drivers and set up everything but when it comes to selecting scatter loading file here is what it will tell me



ERROR:INITIALIZING SCATTER FILE .PLEASE CHECK THE NAME OF SCATTER FILE WHICH YOUR LOAD IS LEGAL....
and again i tried downloading the higher version5 just as you said but i mistakenly clicked'open with adobe' and since then i cant run as administrator again....
