please i need help on how to find the reset button on lumnia 535 i have checked SETTINGS-ABOUT, could not see the reset option the volume down key is bad and i want to reset through menu.

Reset is located at Settings>About but if you can't find it there then, you will have to repair your vol down key or flash the phone.
