we would need the scatter file as well as the stock recovery not custom recovery
and also, whats the build number? (goto settings > about phone > build number)

Here's TWRP @ [ Login to download]
Follow the rooting guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-17631.html but use your TWRP
upload a screenshot of root verification using root checker @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...heck&hl=en

Thanks, But when I try to boot into recovery I get an Android lying on its back with "No command" written below it. It was the same before and after flashing the twrp

That's still stock recovery. Flash the TWRP 3 consecutive times before trying to boot into recovery mode

Thanks a lot, it finally booted into TWRP but the screen is unresponsive. I can't click anything on the screen while in Twrp. is there a fix for this pls?
