[Custom ROM] I need to fix my bricked tecno n9

I copied some files from my computer to my tecno n9 and since den my phone has start non stop booting and I realised my tecno has got bricked. So I think I need the custom rom to fix it, I need permission to download the file please

what we have is the stock ROM
1. supply a gmail address
2. when you try to boot, what exactly does it show?
