Tecno Cx' WIFI not switching on

My phone's WIFI Mac Address has changed it self to 02:00:00:00:00:00 and WIFI cannot be switch on. It tried rooting my phone and edit WIFI mac using Hex editor but nothing happened. How do I fix this problem?

Have you tried doing a Factory reset?
