Mtn smart mini s620 succesful flash but dead

Hi. I flashed mtn smart mini s620 with a stock rom i downloaded from needrom. Com. I downloaded the version of this stock rom for my country cameroon. After the flash. It won't come on. Then i tried the second rom on the same website. It won't flash. Dram error 4023. Then i downloaded the back up from hovatek. Still have the dram error 4023. Please help me

It might be battery drainage, leave the phone to charge on a wall charger for some hours.

Error 4032 is a mismatch error (refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html ) meaning those firmware aren't for your variant.
I need to confirm something . Are you still able to successfully reflash the Cameroon ROM or its now also giving error 4032?

This mean's you'll need a firmware of a higher Build.
Can you get access to a working phone of the same model?
