After formatted is showing me bootmgr is missing

Disconnect all USB devices and remove any disc in the DVD drive.
See if the error persists

were you able to reinstall windows before this issue began?
disconnect, then properly reconnect the hard drive then try booting again

repair ur system with windows installation cd or boot system recovery options nd in cmd try this
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixmbr
