Flash back the firmware Z10 10.3.2.2876 STL-100 . if you still have it on your pc or download @ https://depositfiles.com/files/zsbpfi392
Then, download Anti-Theft Removal for your phone @ //hovatek.com/redirect.php?link=http://downloads.blackberry.com/upr/developers/downloads/Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB-10.3.1.997.exe
Thanks for the help. I've gone through the steps and the phone is working perfectly but the issue now is that when I checked the OS version it's 10.3.2.2876 but you know I installed 10.3.1.997 to bypass the anti-theft hope there is nothing wrong as it shows. 2876 instead of. 997 and all the android app aren't opening on the phone
But check on the background is there Music, Pictures and Videos icons.

No there are no those icons
That means you've installed a developer OS, to simply remove that just run System Update from Settings.

(02-06-2017, 06:18 PM)inaolaji92 My z10 enter bberror-15 and after flashing with latest OS the phone entered anti-theft and I've been trying all 10.3.1 OS version to remove the anti-theft but all the application keep closing anytime I connect the phone after it load to "connecting to bootrom" please help me on the OS that I can use to remove the anti-theft
