Go to Settings>About>Baseband and check whether it's valid. Also for RAM try Factory Reset.

dial *#06# to verify if the device has a valid IMEI
BTW how exactly did you upgrade the phone?

I experienced the same problem, luckily I had created a backup earlier. I rolled back to Mashmellow and restore nvram and everything was back to normal. The ram bug was fixed on beta 2 Nougat. Next time we u want to upgrade, it's recommended to use Tcard_update instead of Sp version.
