Sometimes, your viewing experience could be interrupted by the E16 or E32 - Service is currently scrambled error (usually an error in your account pertaining to subscription). These are different from the GOTV E48-32 error . Clearing these errors is pretty easy
* Visit http://eazy.gotvafrica.com/account . If you recall the phone number associated with your GOTV account and your IUC Number (located under the decoder) then click Sign in at the top-right corner else skip signing in
* If you chose to Signin then wait while you get signed in
* Scroll to the bottom and click Clear Error Code
* If you're signed in then select your IUC Number from the dropdown else type it in
* Select E16 or E32 from the dropdown (depending on which you're experiencing)
* Input the image verification if prompted then click Clear error code
* The error code should get cleared and your viewing experience resume

I have recently subscribed for my Gotv plus but some channels like zeebolly movies (312)& viasat life (351) are still showing the E16 error cord please help me out because I really need these channels, my IUC number is 4623057009
