itel1701: problems booting into recovery mode

Dear Hovatek team...
I have an itel 1701 spreadtrum phone which I'm finding difficult to boot into recovery mode. I have tried other methods but failed. It gets stucked on the "iNOTE" logo. What could be the problem? My tablet has been rooted. Please your advise is highly needed. Thanks

Try using the method @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2167.html
Since its rooted, also consider using rashr.apk to try booting into recovery mode

Also, had you previously flashed any recovery.img to this phone?

Sir, when I bought the phone newly, there was no problem booting into recovery mode. But I noticed recently that it can't boot into it any more. I tried rashr.apk, it didn't work I also tried flashify with the recovery image i downloaded from this site it didn't work either.

its likely that you'll need to reflash stock recovery

Means the recovery isn't compatible with your Build.
The problem isn't from the button combo but because you'd flashed an incompatible recovery.
download the pac file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2194.html
extract its content using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-6236.html then flash back the stock recovery.img
