In the Window that pops up, click on "CLICK HERE TO PROCEED TO DESTINATION"

Got it, but now once i load a scatter file into the flash tool a message pops up saying "the flash tool has stopped working "

If you have the firmware then use the scatter file from your firmware. If not, download the firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-533.html
