I bought a new Itel it 1556 plus on March 23,2017 . I have been trying to connect to available WiFi but my phone will not connect, it will only see the name of the network and save it rather than connecting.More so when I switch my phone hotspot to connect /share with another android phone WiFi the phone will not even be seen by the other phone that I am establishing network with. I have try factory reset, the problem still persist,what can I do because I am even regretting that I use my money to buy an itel phone .This is my first time of buying itel product.Please I will appreciate any available information to fix this.Note,my phone cannot connect to other phone via flashshare or for xender.

The problem must be from your MAC address.
First, what's your phone's Build Number (Settings > About > Build Number)?

The problem must be from your MAC address.
First, what's your phone's Build Number (Settings > About > Build Number)?

My phone build up number is IT1556plus-C195E-5.1-20161010

You might need to reflash the firmware but I suggest you start with MAC address.
1. What's the phone's MAC address (under Settings > About > Status
2. Have you downloaded the firmware for your phone @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2194.html

You might need to reflash the firmware but I suggest you start with MAC address.
