Hey I am not a Pro or Regular user of miracle box. But I recently used it once only. I was also facing the same problem so In this case If you have downloaded the 2.27a Version with Loader. Then Open Loader file not the Miracle box setup. It will work but only on 2.27a version as Far as i know.

Just make sure you have deleted any miracle box related software before you proceed.
I believe with this,you are good to go.

Extract it,
In the containing folder, you found 2 executable files,
Open the file loader and not the MIRACLE BOX-its immediately after miracle box file.

Download miracle box 2.58 crack, extract and open only the miracle loader 2.58 exe and you are good to go. If you download any other lover version of this crack, it will require you to back date your system before it can be used.
