Apparently the phone is now soft bricked. I tried flashing only the recovery but it gave me an error then I replace the normal recovery  in the stock rom and it worked like that but I can only get into TWRP. Any idea on what can I do?

Could you explain a little mode. I don't really get you

I fixed it meanwhile.I also had the problem where I couldn't flash the recovery,but now it seems to work,don't know how.Thank you for your time I really appreciate it.

Android Version is 7.0 & Build Number is V017

Hovatek doesn't collect links to custom ROMs, you'll need to search online.
