Your screenshot is extremely blurred.

The problem is either from the mount points of the TWRP you're using or the phone's /data
Is your phone bricked? Could you shed more light on what's wrong with the phone and what you're trying to achieve
Also, drop the download link to the TWRP you're using

The phone is in a kind of bootloop because of this I cant make screenshots.

Do you still have the original stock recovery.img or firmware?
