I hard reset my Samsung A7. After the wiping. It stop at Connect to WiFi. After connecting to WiFi, the skip button is blank...

Yes you can deactivate Factory Reset Protection (FRP) lock from Samsung Galaxy A7. Make sure to follow the steps very carefully, Follow steps from the guide provided by "isyrecord". Every step is important to be done perfectly to break FRP lock completely form your device.
