infinix x600 h532 after upgrade begin to pop up unfortunately android process has stop working and many other unfortunately pop up ...and it will go dead.. i formated the phone and flash it back to os 5.1 is still doing the same thing i downloaded file from another source but still the same thing .....pls what els should i do

Might be a problem with the emmc storage.
Have you tried wiping phone storage under Settings > Backup & reset? Also Emmc wipe in factory mode (vol down + power)

yes i restore the factory settings ....but after 48 hours it begin again and went dead

Did you flash the Lollipop firmware using Firmware Upgrade in SP Flash tool?
