Which partitions did you flash when updating?

i jst upgrade straight to 5.1. i load all d software in d upgrade file.

Clear cache under Settings > Apps > All > Camera
Also clear cache in recovery mode

There has to be a Camera app even if the ROM isn't using stock camera

That means its a custom camera
The name of the apk might not be camera.
Upload a screenshot of your app drawer showing the Camera app , that is the place from which you tap camera to launch it. I want to see the displayed name
