[Please help] My tecno c8 apps says not responding

My tecno c8 apps says not responding, my playstore always loads but won't open, some other apps too are like that. Plus how can i recover my phone without resetting it or if i clear emmc won't I loose any app or data

I would advise you backup necessary data like contacts and files then do a factory wipe from Settings > Storage
If the issue persists then it must be at the /system level and we'll have to consider a different approach
