Need help, been trying to flash my phone which is an Alcatel model 6037y, but always an error of 4032 error while flashing.
I have flashed the phone before in-order to upgrade its firmware from 4.2 to 4.4 and was successful in doing it.
BUT after a month the screen suddenly looks like its melting and there are constant boot loops.
After that it wont even charge and turn on anymore.
After a couple of reading in some forums I found out that the preloader was corrupted.
But even using the same method I did before was not working.
Please help to give life to my phone.
