[Please help] Tecno Phantom 6 fails to boot pass Tecno Powered by Android

My tecno phantom 6 does not boot pass tecno powered by android. I had userdata_20161215_182702.backup on my sd card which I created via stock recovery backup option and I tried to restore it but the response was the backup file is out of date. what can I do? Thanks

I was trying to root the phone via adb. I did unlock the bootloader oem and I flashed TWRP by typing the command (fastboot boot recovery.img). later I tried installing UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip through TWRP and boom it stocked at tecno logo.

I was trying to root the phone via adb. I did unlock the bootloader oem and I flashed TWRP by typing the command (fastboot boot recovery.img). later I tried installing UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip through TWRP and boom it stocked at tecno logo.

First of all try doing factory reset and let see if it persists then we will try flashing it rom
