I'm having a connect / disconnect issue with my phone, Windows keeps detecting and re-detecting my phone which doesn't allow the drivers to be loaded or stay up long enuff for SP Tools to flash.

Can someone help with this pls.

Could be a power, cord, port or driver issue.
Why are you trying to flash your phone? What's wrong with it and how did it start?
