I would advise you not attempt to flash the phone for now.

power on and hangs on tecno, sometimes it boot and shows SYNC..ERROR. RESET PHONE. but wen i tap reset it doesnt respond so i flashed it and shows no space error (5068) now is dead.

anyway, where did you download the firmware you're trying to flash?
the phone might've gone dead due to an interruption (refer to https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-808.html )

In that case, the emmc chip is likely damaged. although you could try flashing with a box if you have access to a working d9.
you'll need to take the phone to a hardware technician to change the chip for you
