Okay so after I rooted my Cherry mobile Omega lite 2, i rebooted it and then it booted up until the logo. After showing the logo, the screen went black and it stayed like that the whole time. Please help!! Also, a hovatek rep. told me that I need to flash its firmware but I don't have it. Please help!! Thank you

Yes, you'll need the firmware.
How exactly did you root?

Yes, you'll need the firmware.
How exactly did you root?

I rooted it with Kingo Root for Windows

You should've just used Kingroot.
I just ran a quick search for your model's firmware but nothing solid came up.
Can you get access to a working phone of the same model

Which should I use though? My device is running on V08. Those 2 firmwares you gave me are V09 and V05.
