my phone itel1403+ is now not switching on after a sudden shut down while it was booting...what can i do ???

is the phone dead even if plugged into a wall outlet without the charging animation? if yes ,
Try leaving your phone plugged in with your USB cable, or better still you can use an external charger, such as desktop or charger plugged into wall socket, leave it until you see the charging animation, this can take hours even days,after charging a while try powering it on, see if it boot up, if it boots then your phone should work fine. hope this helps.

Could you explain exactly what you'd done on the phone before it went off

he! Please I have the same problem like this after charging I Just discovered the screen has white what can I do to it, I should change the screen or what please?

I don't have enough information to draw any conclusion at this point.
thats why I want to know if you'd modified the firmware in any way and what you were doing shortly before this happened

I was booting it, in the process it went off, so I switched it on but it was not powering on and I tried to charge it but it could not charge ,a month has passed. I have not done anything apart from the two solutions stated.
