at what point does it freeze? More info please

immediately the choose country table appears, it become difficult to highlight a selected option. you will have to touch it several times before an option will select and thats all, cant go beyond that

Thats weird.
These firmware fixed the issue on other similar devices.
Try doing a factory reset after flashing this firmware.

We don't collect custom ROMs. you'll need to search for that
