Good evening everyone. I have a Huawei E5573-320 wifi modem that I want to unlock. I loaded the file `` usloader.bin '' correctly but when I launch the update file 21.110.9, it puts `` error code 12 failure to obtain information from the device '' . how can i please? Thank you

Good evening everyone.  I hope you are doing wonderfully.  In fact, I want to unlock a Huawei E5573s-856 but after connecting it in boot mode, when I try to load the usbloader file with '' balong downloader '', it does not work.  it's been 1 to 2 seconds and displays the following:

When I launch the firmware, it writes `` failure to obtain information on the device '' and when I restart the modem, it arrives on the web page, requests the unlock code and displays 0 as the number of attempts remaining like that  did it.  How can I do ?  Thank you in advance.

Bought a new Glo E5573Cs-933 but having difficulty tracing the shot-boot points.
I tried all the point but it is not recognized.

Please am Raymond Frm kumasi.. I have tried to boot shot my mifi but I keep getting device not recognize ..am using windows 10

Late reply but may work for someone and save his time.

I tried multiple solutions to make the boot shot work on windows 10 including disabling driver signature enforcement... but no joy,
I always have to use windows 7 (it worked on both x86 and x64 bit of W7)

sir do you have stock firmware of e5330cs-82? and usb loader so i can flash firmware or webui. cause mines stuck on blinking mode. i just wanna use it and fix it. tnx.
