Sir I downloaded the Stockrom from the link you gave me,the flashing was successful but I did not fix the phone(the phone refused to boot normal it stocked at WIKO and after a minute it reboot )playing sir I want to format the phone before flashing it I think that will fix the problem (if possible using sp flashtools) how can I do it sir THANKS

The file I downloaded earlier was not for sp flashtools pls I need file that work with special flashtools thanks (WIKO RAIMBOW jam )

I have tried it but is still not working.... Both volume up +power the phone is showing half white screen
