Infix Zero not coming on

My infinix zero doesn't come on even if I charge it. it just comes on and off blinking that's all it does. I need a solution ASAP. Thank you.

Try doing factory reset by turning off device completely and hold the volume up and power simultaneously for 10 seconds.. and do total reset ...

If still persists, the we will move to the next step

Still thesame. I think it needs a new battery (at least that's what a friend told me) how. Much does the battery of an infinx zero x506 cost?

i've experienced this on an X506 and it might not be a faulty battery; rather, the battery might be drained.
would be glad to put you through the fix if you want to give it a shot

1. Connect the phone to power while switched off, let me know what the phone shows
2. Connect the phone to a PC and let me know if it makes a continuous connection-disconnection sound

Right now on both actions it doesn't come on at all

The aim of both tests is to lookout for feedback from the phone and PC, not for the phone to come on.
What I want to know is how the phone and PC behave during both tests.
This will determine the next line of action
