Did you make any change to the firmware? What were you doing on the phone before this began?

I was downloading music from the Internet then it hanged. When I restarted my phone, I have never been able to access my internal memory and external SD card

Are your apps giving you an " unfortunately * has stopped " error?
Have you tried doing a factory reset in recovery mode?

No, the apps have no problem, but the apps that I had moved to SD card are no longer there.
I have tryed doing factory reset but still the problem is there.

boot into factory mode (vol down + power) and wipe emmc
