Some friends sent me a text saying they have been trying to call me but it would ring once and then write number busy without ringing at all here on my phone. I later tried my line with another phone, it repeat the same things.

I cancelled call divert on the line but that doesn't fix the problem.
Everything else works fine just not getting my calls .

Any way to fix that? Thanks in advance.

try your sim in another phone and see if you'll be able to receive calls

Do a factory reset and see if it persists

Open the phone application and check your settings. You might've blacklisted all calls.
Might also be a call management app you installed.
If you still can't find the culprit, a factory reset is an easy fix. Ensure to backup important stuff first
