Please Hovatek, help me reset my smartphone.. Can't boot to recovery mode.

if it is MTK you press volume+ plus power key.if it is SPD there is no recovery except flashing it

Try connecting the phone to a PC and see if USB debugging is on, then use adb/fastboot commands to factory reset it.
If that doe not work, press power button and hold volume down[release power when the phone boots up] to boot into recovery or testmode. Also try volume up and power as well.

what is the type of CPU, then it will be easy to guide you.if it is SPD 8810 or 68 then download gpg dragon and read the pass code

To be on the safer side, download ToolHero here and install it on your phone. Open the app and check under device properties, if you find SC6820/8810, install SPD USB drivers, then use this method here to help you reset your Mhorse..
