If your Swift data gets exhausted rather quickly then its possible that unauthorized devices are connected to your Swift Wi-Fi network. You should monitor connected devices. If changing your swift router password still doesn't lock the devices out of your network then your best best is to blacklist them.
Steps to block / blacklist a device from accessing your Swift WiFi Hotspot
Follow the steps below to prevent unauthorized connections to your Swift 4G Wi-Fi network
In your browser's address bar, visit http://homerouter.cpe , 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.8.1 then press Enter
Click Login at the top. If you haven't changed your login credentials then use:
Default username: user
Default password: user
If the above credentials don't work then try
Default username: admin
Default password: admin
Click Statistics at the top
Scroll down to view the currently connected devices and take note of the MAC address of any strange device
Click Settings
Select WLAN > WLAN MAC Filter
Select Deny from the dropdown
Enter the MAC address(es) of the suspicious device(s) then click Apply
Click OK to confirm the MAC address blacklist
Go back to Statistics to verify that the MAC address has been added to the Blacklist
