While GOtv has an Eazy Self Service portal where you can activate, fix errors, subscribe, update your account details etc, you still might want to speak with one of their support staff to help resolve an issue.
They currently don't have a live chat service at their website but I'll be providing their customer care number for different countries alongside social media profiles (Facebook and twitter). Their numbers aren't toll free lines meaning you get charged for calls to them by your service provider.
