wifi issue infnix hot note

after formatall+flash in sp falsh tools i flashed lolipop 5.1 rom then i found that my wifi was working but no service then i used sn-STATION TO rewrite imei service back but no wifi!!! i tried to rewrite my mac address but nothing happens it is just stuck on optaining ip address when i was rewriting imei the process stopped several times i dont know if that what made that issue i hope someone can help me
