Tecno y3 bluetooth won't ON and the phone normally freeze

Hello guys
I have one tecno y3 that normally freeze after working for some minutes....the phone will not respond to power button to wake....even double tap won't work and the bluettoth won't ON...I've tried reloading the phone but still dsame problem...any help plz?

Go to format tab in spflashtool and format without bootloader then flash again

Does it format to completion? If yes then you need a different firmware for your phone of course.
