My Tecno G9 Pad II that is barely 5 Months old after restoring the factory settings because of some anomalies has since then stopped charging. I have back up its ROM, downloaded another one and installed it, i Still have the same problem. What do i Do. Is it an hardware error

It's most likely the firmware. We have the firmware to fix the 3% battery level.
Download the G9 firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-311.html and flash using SP flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
